Breed Handling
This course is for anyone who wants to show their dog in AKC Conformation shows. It covers such topics as ring procedures and handling techniques. The dog and handler are prepared for the conformation ring.

Rally
Rally is fun for both the dog and handler. The class will begin with rally exercises that are basic and easily performed. The class will work on corrrect and rapid sits and downs at the handlers side, quick and tight turns to the right and left, weaving through cones, 270° and 180° turns, about turns, fronts and recalls. The last two classes will focus on actual courses designed for Rally competition.

Beginner Obedience
For any dog over 6 months of age. This class is all done on a 4 or 6 foot leash and teaches you how to train your own dog. The emphasis is on step by step motivational training to build a firm obedience foundation. At the completion of the course the dog should be able to walk at your left side without pulling, sit, down, stay at the end of a 4 or 6 ft lead for 1 minute, lie down for 3 minutes and come when called on a leash. Your commitment to this class will determine your success.

Advanced Beginner Obedience
This class is a continuation of our Beginner class. It assumes the handler already understands the basic commands: sit/down/stay/heel. This class works on a 6 ft. leash and prepares the dog and handler for off-leash training. At the discretion of the instructor, an experienced handler my be able to take this class in lieu of beginners.

Kids n Dogs Always Win
This is a class geared for the Junior Handler, ages 9-15 who want to have fun with their dog This class will address proper and sage handling play and games control and basic commands such as sit and come A few tricks are part of the course along with a session on Junior Showmanship basic grooming and what it means to be a responsible dog owner.
